Toshiba 32AV500U 32-Inch 720p LCD HDTV Review
I have had my Toshiba 32AV500U for 16 months and love it. Picture is clear and crisp. Colors are great. My only complaint would be there is no auto-off timer which I like to use on a regular basis incase I fall asleep at night watching TV. But I noticed a few months ago that when I turn it on, the sound comes on but not the picture. I would turn it off once, twice or more and then it would work. It was annoying me especially since it was past warranty. I decided this week to go to the Toshiba web site to see if anyone else had complained and if there was a remedy. Best thing I did because as it turns out Toshiba extended the warranty on this model for an additional 12 months and is fixing the TV for free. My next TV, whenever that will be, will probably be a Toshiba with customer support like that.
